As we move towards the time when our nervous systems are primed for hibernation, we invite you to heed the calling and take day of rest and nourishment. Attuning to ourselves and season as we practise Yoga and take reflective meanderings on the beach. Breathing, sitting and softening into iRest Yoga Nidra.

Gordon will be joining us to add a gentle soundscape of hoop drum, sitar and singing bowls to echo our mood and support our explorations.

A homemade vegetation lunch with gluten free/vegan options will be provided.  Soup, bread, humous/cheese, salad & hot fruit crumble.

The hall is in a beautiful location by the beach at the top end of Druridge Bay.

The cost for the day is £45 (£25 concessions).
