Sally currrently leads this session on the 2nd Monday of the month.  

Tyneside Women's Health is an award winning charity designated to supporting women with mental health support needs. They offer a range of counselling services, courses and activity groups.

Every Monday there is a relaxation session facilitated by a variety of volunteer Yoga and Mindfulness Teachers from the Community. Some of these are offered by members of Shantibee in Byker.

I offer a trauma-informed session crafted to regulate and soothe the nervous system, create a sense of safety and build resilience in the mind and body. Exploring with mindful movement, sitting practice and relaxation.
