Sally and Gordon invite you to gather on an imaginary journey to the standing stones to celebrate the Winter Solstice. A virtual joining of hearts and minds as we drop into the pause to engage with the medicine of kindness.
We will move, journey, breathe and meditate together in ceremony. With a light touch of live music and space to savour the silence.
Solstice means ‘ Standing of the Sun’, the time when the balance between long dark nights & short bright days stands still for a few days. It’s like nature is offering us the gift of slowing down, so we can pause, breathe and reflect on the year past and the year to come.
