A Weekend of Mindfulness & Yoga accompanied by live Music, Ritual & Moving in Nature

at the Burnlaw Community in the Whitfield Valley, West Northumberland

Do you have qualities that you would like to re awaken in yourself?

Maybe your courage or your strength?

Your boundaries or your flexibility?

Your intuitive wisdom or capacity for joy?

Our theme this year is to find our radiance by awakening dormant aspects of ourselves that are ready to be expressed and seen.  We’ll embody the essence and energy of animals, feeling our way & grounding ourselves with a yoga session of animal poses and mindful movement as a starting point for creating ritual.

Animals are great teachers being so much more connected to their body wisdom and intuition. We will explore how to navigate our inner landscape and relationships to the outer world in a healthy way, releasing our stresses and opening ourselves up to greater joy.

We’ll be weaving Yoga, mindfulness & compassion, ritual theatre and mindful movement with live music to playfully connect with ourselves, each other and nature.

As we begin to know ourselves more fully we can rest in awareness and allow our radiance to shine through.

We’ll be held and nurtured by our connections, the practices, the beautiful yoga room, the wonder of the Whitfield Valley, all nourished by delicious wholesome vegetarian/vegan food.

The weekend costs £120 (early bird £90 by 20th May)

This includes freshly prepared & delicious wholefood vegetarian food.
