Pay for the block up front excluding any classes you know you can't attend.  If you give 24 hours notice you can carry a class over to the next block.

Mindful Menopause  ...exploring the Heart of Change.

A monthly group inviting Perimenopausal and Menopausal women to explore this phase with gentle Yoga-based movement, Breathing, Relaxation, Mindfulness and sharing experiences.
