A mindful and trauma informed approach to Beginners Yoga.  We will practice the art of finding more ease in our own skin.

Beginning with the acceptance of where we are right now, we will explore fluid movement, postures, breath awareness and meditation and iRest (trauma-informed Yoga Nidra/relaxation) .

Developing awareness is the key to the practice. This helps us to shift from our stress response into relaxation and to befriend our mind and body.

I like to honour the ancient origins of Yoga whilst weaving knowledge from neuroscience and psychology, Mindfulness & Compassion.  My aim is to craft a practice that helps us to live more fully and compassionately in the modern world.
