Bread making is a sensory and creative experience which can help reduce stress and is enhanced by the practice of mindfulness. The magic process of making bread is a recipe for connecting with ourselves and each other.

Fully engaging our mind and body in each moment shifts our nervous system from a state of stress and into a state of awareness and calm

This day will involve connecting to the dough with our body,concentrating on the breath and senses whilst adding our own secret ingredient.
