An embodied Beltane journey towards a more caring world.

Sally and Gordon invite you to join them in an exploration of how our self-caring inspires our caring in the outer world.  Caring for our communities, for the natural world and our precious planet.

We will gather in lovely Cresswell Village Hall, with its conservatory overlooking the sea and a path down to the beach.

Here we will spend time nourishing our imagination and intentions.  Spending time both in the hall and on the beach.  With movement, guided visualisation, meditation, mandala making, reflection and sharing.

Please bring food to share for lunch and we'll provide the hot drinks.
