We invite you to join us in exploring the energy of Maytime.  Our theme will encourage you to connect through your roots into the earth,  to feel the richness and strength in the dark. Drawing nourishment up from the earth, we feel the sap rising, fuelling our flowering and blossoming.

We’ll spend the morning using Scaraveilli-inspired Yoga to connect with our bodies, supported and accompanied by live music. After lunch we’ll continue to explore the theme, building on the morning’s inspirations to create individual Mandalas.
