… a day of exploration and integration through yoga and visual art accompanied by live Sitar

In the morning we’ll create a flowing sequence of asanas that we’ll move through accompanied by live Sitar & other instruments paying particular attention to our connection with the 5 primal Elements.

In the afternoon we’ll make individual and collaborative mandalas that reflect and integrate the experience and energy of the morning session.
