Exploring ways of moving and being to bring more ease to our daily lives,
with mindful movement & sitting practice, breath & body awareness,
deep relaxation & self care
help us to quieten our body’s stress response and relax our mind and body.
This turns down the volume on our pain and lifts our mood and energy.
This class is suitable for all levels of fitness.
You are welcome to do the class seated but unfortunately there is no disabled access.

Sally suffered from chronic fatigue in her early 20s which drew her to Yoga and Meditation. 30 years on and having taught for 17 years she has a depth and variety of experience in holding and facilitating groups and individuals with chronic illness, pain and fatigue.
She is qualified to teach various styles of Yoga and trained in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga. She has trained with the Mindfulness Association in Mindfulness Meditation, Compassion and Insight and is on the UK listing of Mindfulness Teachers.
The latest developments in neuroscience and psychotherapy are informing her choices in blending modern thinking with traditional practices. Guiding her in how best to use the mind body approaches for restoring wellness.
