Introduction to Mindfulness – Morpeth 2018
An experiential workshop giving us a taste of what it means to be in the present moment. They will include a body scan practice (done lying or sitting), mindful movement as well as sitting practices.
Mindfulness is a well researched mind training which has a range of benefits for our health and well being. Including helping with pain, stress and insomnia.
Mindfulness helps us feel happier in spite of the challenges of life.
