Introduction to Mindfulness – Alnwick & Morpeth 2018

These are experiential workshops giving us a taste of what it means to be in the present moment. They will include a body scan practice (done lying or sitting), mindful movement as well as sitting practices.
Mindfulness is a well researched mind training which has a range of benefits for our health and well being. Including helping with pain, stress and insomnia.
Mindfulness helps us feel happier in spite of the challenges of life.
This workshop can serve as an introduction to the 8 week Mindfulness Based Living Course.
